Will this get me more bookings?
RouteOS is designed to make it easier for website visitors to complete a direct booking rather than having to contact you first. It cannot guarantee booking volume because results also depend on how many visitors you receive, your pricing, reputation, location, competition and other factors.
Do I have to accept bookings automatically?
No. Bookings can be received as pending so you can review them before confirming.
Do I have to stop using WhatsApp or phone bookings?
No. RouteOS adds another booking channel. Continue accepting phone, WhatsApp, email and repeat bookings as you do today.
Do I own the website?
The website is built on your domain, installed on your hosting and built with WordPress, giving you control over the website and its content.
Is this a bespoke website design service?
No. The £299 RouteOS package is based on an existing professionally designed RouteOS website structure which is customised with your branding and business information. Because it is built on WordPress, you can continue changing the design and content afterwards.
Are there monthly RouteOS fees?
There is no monthly RouteOS software licence for the Company Edition. You will still have normal third-party costs such as your own web hosting and potentially payment processing, SMS or API usage depending on the services you enable.
Can RouteOS handle my pricing?
RouteOS supports multiple pricing methods including fixed pricing, distance/time-based pricing and configurable surcharge rules. Exact suitability depends on how your business prices journeys.
Can I take payments online?
RouteOS supports configured payment options including supported online payment providers. Third-party payment processing fees may apply.
How long does setup take?
Typical setup: 3–5 days after all required business information and access have been supplied.
Can I change the website later?
Yes. The website is built with WordPress, so its content and design can continue to be changed after setup.
I already have a good WordPress website. Do I need this package?
Possibly not. If your existing WordPress website is suitable, the RouteOS booking plugin may be a better option.

WordPress with the free Elementor page builder and Hello Elementor theme. The booking system is a WordPress plugin; the admin panel uses PHP, MySQL, CSS and JavaScript. Hosting requirements listed for the package: PHP 8.2+ and MySQL 8+. Installation is on your own hosting and domain.
Pages, editing and support
Standard pages include Home, About, Services, Fleet, FAQs, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and airport pages where appropriate. Content and design remain editable. Six months of RouteOS updates and bug fixes are included. Additional development or customisation must be agreed separately.
Quotations, locations and zones
Google Maps integration for pickup, destination, route, distance and time. Additional stops can be configured. Fixed pricing with advanced postcode matching; distance pricing and minimum fare fallback. Configurable location, item, time, date, zone and diversion surcharges. Location import/export, featured locations, quote-availability zones and surcharge zones.
Vehicles, extras and discounts
Vehicle management and recommended-vehicle promotion banners. Discount codes, return-journey discounts and vehicle discount settings. Configurable child, infant and baby seats, wheelchair and meet & greet options. Meet & greet can be configured by location or location type.
Bookings, records and calendars
Create, view and edit bookings; change statuses and booking table columns. Booking views for upcoming, completed, cancelled and other bookings. Customer records and driver records, including driver contact details, photos, vehicle information and licence/insurance credentials. PDF invoices and receipts for download or email.
