We collect the information needed to configure your website and booking system.

Typical setup: 3–5 days after all required business information and access have been supplied.

Booking Plugin

Setup on one suitable WordPress website is included. RouteOS is installed and configured according to the purchased setup scope.

Your existing website stays in place.

6 months of RouteOS updates and bug fixes included.Included with both products. Additional services or customisation are outside this included scope.

The goal isn't to own more software.
It's to make it easier for customers to book you directly.

RouteOS gives website visitors a direct way to get a price, choose a vehicle, enter their details and submit a booking, without always needing to call or wait for a message reply.

Traffic still needs to reach the website. RouteOS helps remove friction once the visitor arrives.

Is RouteOS a monthly subscription?

No. RouteOS Company Edition is sold using a one-off software licence. You may still have separate third-party costs such as hosting, payment processing, SMS or API usage.

Why is the website package currently £299 instead of £499?

£499 is the standard price. During the current RouteOS rollout, the Website + RouteOS package is £299 until 30 November 2026. After that date the rollout offer ends and the standard price returns to £499.

Is the Booking Plugin also £299?

Yes. The RouteOS WordPress Booking Plugin is £299 one-off. The Website + RouteOS rollout discount does not apply to the plugin.

Which option do I need?

If you need a new or improved website, choose Website + RouteOS. If you already have a suitable WordPress website that you want to keep, the Booking Plugin is usually the better option.

Does the website package include hosting?

The website is installed on your domain and hosting. Ongoing web hosting and domain renewal are separate costs; they are not included in the one-off package price.

Do I own the website?

The complete website package is built on WordPress and installed on your domain and hosting, giving you control over the site's content and design. You can edit it and continue developing it.

Can I use RouteOS on more than one website?

Yes. RouteOS Company Edition permits use across multiple websites owned or operated by the same licensed company. This does not grant unrestricted resale, redistribution or installation for unrelated third parties. Included setup covers one suitable website.

What other costs might I have?

Possible separate costs include hosting, domain renewal, payment processing, SMS, Google Maps/API usage and optional services or customisation not included with the purchased RouteOS setup.

Do I get updates?

Both products include six months of RouteOS updates and bug fixes. This is the included update period; lifetime updates or unlimited customisation are not included in the stated offer.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes. For Website + RouteOS, configuration and installation are included within the stated package scope. The Booking Plugin includes setup on one suitable WordPress website according to the purchased setup scope.
