RouteOS is a software platform only.

- Do not act as a dispatcher, broker, or logistics provider
- Do not manage or control drivers, vehicles, or customers
You acknowledge and agree that:
RouteOS has no involvement in the execution of any journey or service booked through the platform.
All operational responsibility lies entirely with you.
3. No Reliance / Independent Decision-Making
You agree that:
- You do not rely on RouteOS for business-critical decisions
- All outputs (pricing, routes, schedules, availability) are informational only
You are solely responsible for verifying all data before acting on it.
4. Account & Operational Responsibility
You agree that:

5. Explicit Risk Allocation
You expressly acknowledge that:
The use of RouteOS involves inherent risks, including but not limited to system errors, downtime, data inconsistencies, and third-party failures.
You assume all such risks.
6. Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer
RouteOS relies on third-party services including (but not limited to):
- Mapping APIs
- Payment processors
- Messaging/email providers
- Hosting infrastructure
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy
- Availability
- Performance
RouteOS shall not be liable for failures caused by third-party services.
7. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided:
“AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS
We disclaim ALL warranties, express or implied, including:
- Accuracy of quotes, pricing, or calculations
- Reliability of bookings or dispatch logic
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Continuous uptime or availability
8. System Errors & Critical Failures
RouteOS shall not be responsible for:
- Incorrect pricing or fare estimates
- Failed, duplicated, delayed, or missing bookings
- Routing or distance miscalculations
- Notification delays or failures
- Data loss or corruption
- API or integration failures
You must implement your own safeguards, validation, and verification processes.
9. Downtime, Outages & Data Loss
You acknowledge that:
- The Service may become unavailable at any time
- Data may be delayed, lost, or corrupted
We have no obligation to:
- Maintain uptime
- Restore lost data
- Provide backups
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RouteOS shall NOT be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of customers
- Loss of business opportunity
- Loss of data
- Reputational damage
- Operational disruption
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Absolute Liability Cap:
Our total liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
- Amount paid by you in the last 30 days, OR
- $100 USD
11. Business-Critical Use Disclaimer
You agree that:
RouteOS is not designed for mission-critical or fail-safe operations.
You must not rely on the Service where failure could result in:
- Financial loss
- Operational failure
- Legal liability
12. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RouteOS from any claims arising from:
- Your business operations
- Your customers or drivers
- Any booking or journey
- Any misuse of the platform
- Any legal or regulatory breach
This includes:
- Legal fees
- Damages
- Settlements
13. Data Responsibility & Compliance
You are solely responsible for:
- All data you collect, store, and process
- Compliance with data protection laws
- Obtaining customer consent
RouteOS acts only as a data processor, not a controller.
14. Security Disclaimer
While we implement reasonable safeguards:
We do not guarantee protection against all security breaches.
We are not liable for:
- Hacks
- Unauthorized access
- Data leaks beyond our control
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- At our sole discretion
- Without notice
- Without liability
16. Modifications
We may:
- Change features
- Modify pricing
- Alter functionality
At any time without liability.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure due to events beyond our control, including:
- Server outages
- Cyberattacks
- Natural disasters
- Third-party failures
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
You agree to exclusive jurisdiction in those courts.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RouteOS.
